Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Delivery- We ship available items within 5 working days, excluding times when we may be on a break. This will be flagged on our Home Page. Made-to-order or personalised items may take up to 4 to 10 days. Multiple items plus a "made to order" will be shipped together as soon as your bespoke piece has been handmade. We include a personalised note (it will be lovely) on request if your order is a gift that is to be shipped to the recipient. Please let us know at "note to seller" at Checkout.
Shipping fees are calculated at Checkout. We use An Post registered tracked delivery. Delivery on all orders over €70.00 is free.
Delivery times are out of our control in the case of location, customs, etc. Please be aware that delivery might take longer than usual due to Covid 19 restrictions.
The customer is responsible for any international custom duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees or tariffs levied that may be charged after the initial postage. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please ensure your Shipping Address is correct.
Returns- We really hope you love your Rothlú order! However, in the event that you are not we are happy to accept return refunds or exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. The original item must be in its original condition with no signs of wear, and the returns and shipping charges are the cost to the customer. Your purchase will be refunded, minus the original shipping fee, or exchanged once we receive the returned item. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the return costs as well as the cost of sending the new item.
